Step
1: Go to your Windows search bar, and search for CMD, you will see an app name
Command Prompt.
Step 2: Run Command Prompt as System Administrator.

3: Now you need to Write this Code: rd /s "\\?\ ( Download The Text file containing this code from down below )
Step 4: After this go to your Specific folder or directory that you want to delete but you are unable to delete, copy that folder's location from the windows explorer location bar ( See the Picture below ) and PASTE it after the code, Now Press Enter.
Step 5: Now you will See a Warning saying, Are you Sure you want to delete this Folder or File ( YES/NO )
Step 6: Now type YES and Click Enter, and your Folder or Files will be Deleted.
